A Recess Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs was called to order by Mayor Ainsworth at 7:00 p.m. on January 16, 2002, at City Hall in the City of Ocean Springs. Present were Aldermen Jalanivich, Lloyd, Cody, Carvin, Dalgo and Gill, City Attorney Oscar Jordan and City Clerk Adrienne Howell. Alderman McDonnell was absent.

Motion by Cody, seconded by Jalanivich, to rescind the motion pertaining to the hiring of Joe Gill Consulting, LLC, for the purpose of applying for Tidelands 2002/2003 funding.

Motion by Cody, seconded by Jalanivich, to authorize Joe Gill Consulting, LLC, to apply for Tidelands 2002/2003 funding and authorize consulting fees not to exceed $5,000.00 to be paid from the Planning Department Professional Services Budget.
