A Special Call Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs was called to order by Mayor Ainsworth at 5:00 p.m. on September 16, 2003, at City Hall in the City of Ocean Springs. Present were Aldermen Jalanivich, Lloyd, McDonnell and Dalgo, and Deputy City Clerk Diane Northrop. Aldermen Cody, Carvin and Gill were absent.
Mayor Ainsworth read aloud the following Special Call:

Mayor Ainsworth explained that there was a transposition in the millage for one of the School District levies and asked that the Board adopt the corrected Tax Levy Resolution for FYE 2003-2004.

Motion by Jalanivich, seconded by McDonnell, to adopt the above and foregoing Tax Levy Resolution for FYE 2003-2004.
